Baby Naming Ceremony

In essence, naming a child is a little 'ceremony' like a baptism, but without religious elements. Basically, my friend rented a hall for the village and had a brief ceremony (approximately 10 minutes), which consisted of a couple of poems, an explanation of why he chose the names and he made some promises about how he is going to bring him up with a musical interlude. He followed with a buffet.

What surprised me, though, is how few people have seen the baby names ceremonies as a commercial opportunity. Not only that, but that there is no real possibility of producing products, guest books, decorations, reading books or suggested possible programs for the day (when do-it-yourself), or even gift lists (which we have never Expected gifts, but a lot of people who brought them) and clothes for children smarter.
